“Where are you based?”
I am based in California, USA. Specifically in the Bay Area.
“Do you have any discount codes I can use at checkout?”
I have a permanent discount code “MILKY” that will always be active for you all. AND there are some of my Milky Babes who also have their own discount codes which I also share on my posts/stories. On my page, you can also click on my tag section and look for their codes under their posts as well.
“Do you have a PR list?”
I believe anyone who takes their time to use our milky products, is apart of our Chulas Milky Team no matter what. However, I do send direct messages to our milky babes we want to send our products to.

Shipping Policies
“How long until my order is shipped?”
Please allow 2-6 days to process your order. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Once your milky order is placed, you will receive a confirmation number, And after your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification through email.
Sidenote: We always do our best to keep my babes posted for any shipping updates.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please send an email to chulasmilkylashes@gmail.com or a DM to @chulasmilkylashes with your order number and your updated address ASAP.
REMEMBER: I can only make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packaging process.
“Why is my milky package taking so long to get to me?”
Once your milky package is shipped, Chulas Milky Lashes cannot control the process at which your order is delivered to you. Your package maybe delayed due to scanning delays and stops along the way during shipping process. Your package should arrive, but may just take longer than usual. If you have any further questions based on the carriers shipping process can be located on their websites.
“Do you offer pickups?”
YES! There will be a pickup option on your right once you checkout.
Before you do so, note that we are located in Richmond California, USA.
After you receive your confirmation email, please Message or Email Us @ chulasmilkylashes@gmail.com to set up a date/time to pick up your milky order.
